Do what you feel in your heart to be right, for you will be criticized anyway.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

Alumna
Originally from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Samantha LoDuca spent the last five years living in Chicago before deciding to move to Madrid, Spain. She is the definition of a city girl born into a small town world, but she didn’t let this stop her. She attributes a lot of her passion for travel to her small town. Growing up in a safe, comfortable setting surrounded by others very similar to her drove her to seek out diversity from the very beginning. She has always been obsessed with learning about different people, countries, and histories.
Sam worked at a primary school in Madrid and loved it. She adores Spanish Culture and couldn’t get enough of the food, language and, most of all, the people. Immersion was her goal, and, poco a poco. she felt she got there!
