Our team has composed fun stories and travel tales about their experiences abroad. These stories cover real-life personal examples of what it’s like being abroad. Some of these tales include fun summer trips made by young millennials and even some trips made by military personnel as well. These stories are about the adventures, challenges, and great experiences, too, that we have accumulated with trips abroad.
We are devoted to sharing our authors’ stories, as well. Curious about what lies in Jordan or Iraq? Read on as a soldier takes personal time to explore the Middle East while abroad. He visits historic places and, in addition, interacts with the people and the culture in a new way. Join him as he continues his journey to Australia, where he ultimately visits the Great Barrier Reef and wildlife refuges. Read More…
If you’re interested in what it’s like to live abroad, then join our authors as they talk about what it’s like to live in a different country. Two students, one from Mexico, and another from Kuwait, talk about their experiences living in Florida, USA. Likewise, several American teachers talk about their travels as they live abroad in Spain. Want to know more about exploring, too? Join two American college students next as they recount their time abroad on a month-long European tour. Take a peek as our authors recount their amazing journeys and what they thought of each place they visit.
Read about deserts, jungles, islands, oceans, and cities, as well as the people and cultures our authors interacted with. Then, learn about our blunders, mistakes, and unfortunate accidents, too. See what came out of canceled flights, aimless wandering, layovers, and, most noteworthy, a dive off a cliff into a French River. Our challenges became new stories to share.
Do you have a travel story, too? We’d love to hear from you as well! Share your own adventure and then help others who may be in the same boat as you. Dreams Abroad is a community that provides support for fellow globetrotters. Join us today! Happy reading, and happy travels!
